For IBMA 2025, our team was brought in to enhance the week-long celebration with branded, interactive experiences that matched the scale and prestige of the event. We began by installing a Social Media Photo Booth in the main hallway, complete with a step-and-repeat backdrop and branded cutouts, allowing attendees to capture and share their moments throughout the week. For the main awards ceremony and reception, we deployed two social media kiosks and a printed photo booth to engage guests while maintaining a smooth, high-end experience. The venue was elevated with thoughtfully designed lounges, custom pipe and drape to enclose the space, upscale ground décor, and black draping that added sophistication and intimacy. The red carpet entrance and step-and-repeat area created a true awards-show atmosphere, while the live stage entertainment, stunning catering setups, and well-placed bar stations tied everything together into an unforgettable and fully branded experience.
