Our Requeriments

Eligibility Criteria

This sponsorship is currently only available for events taking place in our home location, that meet the following requirements:

  1. Location: Your event must take place in Chattanooga, Tennessee, or within a reasonable distance from our headquarters.
  2. Event Type: Eligible events include:
    • Non-profit events
    • Corporate events
    • Upscale social events (galas, fundraisers, and more)
    • NOT for small private events (birthdays, weddings, etc)
  3. Timeline: Your event date must be within 3 months from the time of your application.
  4. Application Process: This is an apply-only opportunity. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.
  5. Website Requirement: Your non-profit or corporate website must include an active blog section.

Sponsorship obligations

What We Require in Return

If approved, your event must meet the following sponsorship requirements:

  1. Website Link: A do-follow link to our website must be published on your company’s website or the blog post for the event, for the life of the domain. The hyperlink text will be provided by us.
  2. Sponsor Acknowledgment:
    • Our logo must be included on any sponsor walls, event banners, or marketing materials IF other sponsors are being acknowledged that way. We request equal visibility and treatment wherever sponsors are highlighted.
    • We reserve the right to include our logo on any photo booth prints, physical assets or video experiences.
  3. Marketing Rights: We must be granted full creative direction over the photo or video experience provided, as well as marketing rights to share behind-the-scenes content from your event.
  4. Timely Link Publishing:
    • The link or blog post must be published no later than 2 weeks post-event.
    • We will not provide access to event galleries or content until the link is live.
  5. Credit Card Authorization: A valid company credit card may be kept on file. If the link is not published within the agreed timeframe, the full sponsorship amount will be charged.

Unapproved Alternatives

What Happens if My Application is Not Approved?

Due to the limited nature of this opportunity, not all applications will be approved. If your application does not qualify for a full sponsorship, we may still offer a partial sponsorship at 25%, 50%, or 75% off, depending on event-specific factors.
